No. The studio can work from your goals and your existing brand. But work made without a clear position tends to look good and sell little — which is why most brands start with a Diagnosis. If you carry on within 30 days, its cost comes off your bill.

At many agencies, senior people win the work and juniors do it, on a 12-month contract. A freelancer covers one skill, and you manage them. With us, senior people do the thinking and check every piece, strategy and making sit under one roof, and there’s no lock-in: you pay month by month.

We’re a small senior team with no big office to pay for, and we run from India, which keeps our costs low. AI handles the repetitive parts of production, so our time goes on thinking and judgement. A person checks everything before you see it.

Monthly plans are paid monthly, in advance. The Diagnosis, landing pages and brand kits are paid up front. The Sprint and websites are paid half at the start and half at the end.

No. Monthly plans run month to month, paid in advance. Either of us can end a plan with 30 days’ written notice.

Give us 30 days’ written notice. During that month we finish the work in hand and pass everything over — files, templates and logins. Months already paid for aren’t refunded; you get the work for them.

Only tax, and things we don’t control: ad spend, printing, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, and shoots with real people or places. We’ll never add a fee you didn’t agree to.

The pricing page shows the price for your country automatically. Your price follows where your business is registered and billed — not where you happen to be browsing from — and we confirm it on our first call and write it into your agreement.

We send your agreement and first invoice, and start within a week of payment. On a studio plan, month one is spent setting up your brand kit; the regular monthly work starts in month two.

A senior leads your account, does the thinking and checks every piece. Specialists — designers, writers and video editors — make the work under that senior’s direction, using AI to move faster. You deal with one senior person throughout.

One link to your brand, a short brief, and one person who can make decisions. Expect about an hour a week of your time: a call, plus feedback on drafts.

First drafts in 3 working days on Starter, and 2 on The Regular and The Whole Look. Bigger pieces, like websites and films, follow a timeline we agree before we start.

Need more? Move up a plan (it starts the next month), or ask us for a one-off quote. Use less? Anything you don’t use rolls over for one month.

In India, yes: on SHAPE Partner and SHAPE Lead we brief and manage your agencies and freelancers. Elsewhere, we work directly with your in-house team.

Yes. Send us yours and we’ll sign it before you share anything sensitive. If you don’t have one, we have a simple mutual NDA ready.

No — that’s our job. We direct, pick and refine what AI produces, and check it for detail and realism. Product photos always start from photos of your real product.

One bigger piece on top of your posts and ads: a designed email, or a blog article of up to 1,200 words. The Regular and The Whole Look include two a month.

On The Regular and The Whole Look, we schedule your posts. On Starter, you post them. We make the ad creatives only — you or your media buyer run the ads, buy the media and manage performance. Replies to comments and DMs stay with your team.

Yes. Send us your logo, guidelines and past work, and we build on what you have. The Whole Look includes a logo tidy-up if it needs one.

No honest firm can guarantee sales. What we do promise: we agree what success looks like before we start, show you the numbers every month, review them fully at day 90, and change course when something isn’t working.

Everything we’ve delivered — files, templates, photos and words — with the usage rights set out in your agreement. Those rights carry on after your plan ends.
